If we are a true representation of Christ then we ought to be leading and showing our community the ‘Love of Christ’. One of the ways to make this visible is through service to the community.

Woodmore Elementary

In 2010, the LORD placed a vision on Pastor's Ware's heart to establish a mission field for New Monumental Baptist Church. After prayer, the vision was made plain to establish this mission field at the local elementary school, Woodmore Elementary. NMBC is committed to shwoing GOD's love to our community through our service at Woodmore.

In honor of her faithfulness and love towards the Woodmore Community, NMBC has established the Greater Tinker Achievement Award. Two awards were recently given to lower and upper level Woodmore Elementary students based on their academic achievements.
